If you no longer want to be contacted by one of our Members through our Services, please unsubscribe directly from that Member’s newsletter or contact the Member directly to update or delete your data. If you contact us directly, we may remove or update your information within a reasonable time and after providing notice to the Member of your request.

Accountability for Onward Transfer

In each such instance, Medialocate by contract limits the utilization of all such transfers to the direct purpose for which the disclosure has been consented to by the source. Onward transfers, whether to controllers or agents, are limited to only those counterparties who have agreed to protect such information to at least the same degree that Medialocate is bound by the Principles. Third parties are also required to notify Medialocate in the event that they are not capable of meeting such standard. Should such occasion arise, the counterparty is contractually required to discontinue processing the information and shall take all steps necessary to remediate the deficiency until it can comply with the Principles.
